Grief is incredibly complex and intense.
When we lose someone or something dear to us, we often experience a mix of emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, and even relief. These emotions can be overwhelming and may change from moment to moment, making it challenging to predict or control our reactions. The loss can impact us on a cognitive level, causing confusion, difficulty concentrating, and even questioning our beliefs or sense of identity. Physically, grief can manifest as fatigue, insomnia, changes in appetite, and other symptoms.
Grief is universal and unique.
Every person experiences loss in one way or another
- life and death are an integral part of the human experience.
Yet, grief is a highly individual journey.
The nature of the loss, the relationship with the deceased, cultural and religious beliefs, and past experiences with bereavement can all influence our experience. We all bring our unique personality, coping mechanisms, and support network to the grieving process. What may be comforting or distressing for me may have a very different effect on you.
It’s important to honour your unique needs and responses to grief, and give yourself permission to follow your own inner knowing.

Grief Coaching (Online)
Provides you with a spacious container to share your story, be witnessed with all that is happening for you, and the possibility to address the complex challenges emerging in your grieving process.
1:1 Somatic Session (Offline)
Focuses on your body-mind connection, and allows you to process and release emotional pain stored in the body. It helps increase your self-awareness and allows your system to self-regulate.
Healing Touch Massage
Provides a deeply soothing experience that allows you to surrender and release the physical and emotional tension often held in grief. Through gentle stretches and mindful touch, deep relaxation, harmony, and overall balance is restored.
Grief rituals & workshops
Offer sacred spaces for us to honour our losses, express our emotions, and find solace in community.
These gatherings provide opportunities to engage in meaningful rituals, that help validate your grief experiences and foster connection with others.

Redefining
our relationship with grief.
Allowing grief to be felt and moved through is essential for rediscovering aliveness and joy. When grief is suppressed or avoided, it can become stuck in the body, manifesting as physical tension, emotional numbness, or even chronic health issues.
When we give ourselves permission to feel our grief, we honour our capability to love deeply and acknowledge the significance of our loss. This process of acknowledgment allows us to validate our own experience.
Moving through grief requires great courage and vulnerability. It can open us up to a deeper connection with ourselves and others. It also has the potential to expand our capability for love, compassion, and empathy.
When grief is allowed, in it’s own time the intensity subsides, and we can experience new hope and aliveness.
